Job Description
As a UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable interfaces for our products.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research:
- Conduct user research through various methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform design decisions.
- Interaction Design:
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Design and iterate on user interfaces based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Visual Design:
- Develop visually appealing and consistent UI elements and patterns.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and standards.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Usability Testing:
- Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and make recommendations for improvement.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed design specifications and guidelines.
- Document user flows, personas, and use cases.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a tech or software development environment.
- Proven experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
