Job Description

This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies. The AI Strategist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and ensure the successful execution of AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
    • Develop and articulate a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Identify key areas where AI can drive business value and competitive advantage.
    • Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of AI trends, advancements, and best practices.
  2. Project Management:
    • Lead and manage AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Monitor project progress, address challenges, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement AI solutions.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
    • Champion AI initiatives and foster a culture of innovation within the organization.
  4. Technical Expertise:
    • Provide technical guidance and support in the development and deployment of AI models and algorithms.
    • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions.
    • Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools, frameworks, and technologies.
  5. Performance Measurement:
    • Define metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of AI initiatives.
    • Analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
    • Report on AI performance and outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
  • Proven experience in AI strategy development and project management.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with AI ethical considerations and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
