Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various AI technologies, extensive experience in architecting AI systems, and a proven track record of delivering successful AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. AI Strategy Development: Develop and drive the AI strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  2. Architectural Design: Design scalable and robust AI solutions, including selecting appropriate algorithms, frameworks, and technologies.
  3. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to AI development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  4. Solution Prototyping: Prototype AI solutions to demonstrate feasibility and validate approaches.
  5. Model Development: Oversee the development of machine learning models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  6. Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
  7. Performance Optimization: Optimize AI models and algorithms for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  8. Quality Assurance: Establish quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and robustness of AI solutions.
  9. Research and Innovation: Stay current with the latest AI research and technologies, and explore innovative approaches to solve business problems.
  10. Documentation: Document architectural designs, algorithms, and processes, ensuring comprehensive and clear documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) in architecting AI solutions, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and AI technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI/ML services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate) are desirable.
