Job Description

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales to analyze product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of product metrics, user behavior data, and market trends to identify key insights and opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize product features and improvements based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytical tools to track product performance and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define success metrics, set targets, and monitor progress towards product goals.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark performance, and inform product strategy.
  • Support product launches and go-to-market strategies by providing analytical insights and recommendations.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance post-launch, identify areas for optimization, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and analytical tools to drive innovation and improve analytical capabilities within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of leveraging data to drive product decisions and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw meaningful conclusions, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of product management principles, agile methodologies, and software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
