Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and records.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle data entry and maintain databases.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Conduct research and compile data as required.
- Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Assist with order processing, billing, and refunds.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
- Special Projects:
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.

Education:
