1. Provide technical support to ensure quality implementation of the CM component of the CPiE response
– With the CM Advisor, support the design and technical delivery of the CM program supporting child survivors of violence and children at-risk to violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation. This includes review and development of inter-agency tools, designing training, and monitoring the work of the
CM staff.
– Ensure the CM program adheres to the Case Management Standard Operating Procedures at the Cox’s Bazar level, and the Inter-agency Guidelines on Case Management and Child Protection.
– Provide linkages with the FTR work stream and ensure that referrals are clearly documented and
that the teams work together to provide services to Unaccompanied and Separated Children and Orphaned Children.
– Represent Plan International at the Case Management Task Force and related CPiE coordination meetings as required and ensure regular feedback is provided to agencies referring tracing cases to Plan International.
– Ensure all cases are documented properly in the Information Management System (IMS), and
conduct weekly meetings with the CM team. Supporting the roll out of CPIMS+ in the organisation.
– Provide regular updates to Programme Manager / CM Advisor on the progress of the
implementation, challenges faced, and additional support needed.
2. Staff Capacity Building
– Design and facilitate capacity development activities/ training of CM staff in the areas of CM
guiding principles, identification, registration, case planning, referrals, follow-up, and case
closure, communicating with children, identification of signs of abuse, working with community structures, providing psychological first aid, etc.
– Provide supervision, on-the-job coaching and support to the CM Coordinators and Case
Management Officers (of Plan International and partner organization) in technical aspects of the
program and cluster coordination.

1. Development and supervision of a case management response for refugee children in need of protection 2. In collaboration with the project manager coordinate and supervise the child protection case management programme by planning, monitoring and evaluating project activities in accordance with grant agreements and Tdh quality standards; 3. Ensure the best use of resources and support the project manager in the preparation of sound budgets and monitoring project expenses on an on-going basis; 4. Ensure the child protection case management programme implemented by Tdh field teams is consistent with and aligned with the National CP system and adheres to the leading inter-agency standardized operating procedures and tools (CPMS, CM guidance); 5. Provide daily mentoring and case management supervision to the case management team leaders in all the project locations, in collaboration with the Case Management Junior Project Officer (JPO); 6. Stay up-to-date on all high-risk cases and provide daily or weekly supervision to Team Leaders as required; 7. With support from the case management project manager, ensure the daily and weekly use of work plans, case trackers and other case management tools; 8. Regularly get updated information on all services available for children in need of support and ensure this information is available to team leaders; 9. Coordinate effectively with external partners in the referral pathway to ensure team leaders and case workers have the contacts they need in their working areas, ensure referrals are tracked and followed-up on; 10. Support Team Leaders to update the Team Leader Trackers and contribute to the maintenance of master Case Management database; 11. When required prepare reports, according to the project document (monthly reports, quarterly reports, donor reports, final report); Ensure appropriate information management protocol is in place, particularly in terms of confidentiality of data (including, paper and electronic files);
Development and supervision of a case management response for refugee children in need of protection in target locations- -Ensure the CP case management system implemented by Tdh field teams is consistent with and aligned with the Bangladeshi CP system and adheres to the main inter-agency standardized operating procedures and tools (CPMS, CM guidance). -Support in planning and organizing an initial capacity building plan on case management & social work for case and welfare workers and ensure that the plan is revised on regular basis to include refresher trainings and workshops. -Provide on-the-job mentoring and technical guidance on activities/cases to the caseworkers in all the project locations. -With the Case Management Project Manager, ensure the establishment and implementation of work plans, setting clear targets and activity plans per project’s sites. -Ensure that case workers thoroughly follow the case management steps ensuring that each step is properly implemented and documented in the child’s file. -Make sure that for each case, consent is sought, confidentiality is ensured, individual child’s care plan is implemented and followed-up on regular basis and referrals are made timely and in a quality manner. -Map on-site and external specialized services for children and make sure that the pathway document is updated on regular basis to facilitate its access by children and their family members. -Ensure activities are monitored correctly: data is collected systematically. Check data and ensure that it is logically presented to the Education Supervisor Prepare inputs to reports, according to the project document (monthly reports, quarterly reports, donor reports, final report). -Ensure appropriate information management protocol is in place, particularly in terms of confidentiality of data (including, data base).
Case Management and Data maintenance - Identify and register vulnerable children, including raising awareness among affected communities; - Analyse, verify and classifying the data, maintain and protect the confidentiality; - Assess the vulnerabilities and abilities of individual children and families and develop an individual case plan for each children; - Start the case plan, including direct support and referral for services; - Regularly monitor and review case and close cases; - Generate regular case studies and success stories with quality and maintain communication and follow-up with the cases; - Maintain coordination, networking and linkage with other service provider and have to establish a well-functioning referral system; - Work closely with current MIS establishment of EPRC project; - Develop a database for UASC in collaboration with CBCPC. Reporting - Provide timely and quality inputs to meet reporting requirements and timeline; - Support in preparing quality and timely reports for donors and Senior Management with relevant materials; - Ensure good practices are captured, documented and disseminated at project level and thematic programme level - Prepare monthly report on MAPS Operation; Be able and willing to respond to natural disasters or emergency situations in Bangladesh, when needed and any other task assigned by Supervisor;

Corner based different activities accomplishment at Child Friendly Space (CFS). 03. Preserve attendance card and attendance register for CFS user children. Intensive communication with children`s family, CBCPC (Comunity Based Child Protection Committee), UCWB (Upazilla Child Welfare Board), USW, and other social actors related to child protection. 04. Assist in availing amenities provided by local GoB, NGO and other service providers. 05. Assist in implementation of Adolescent Programme. 06. Organize mobile activities at working area. 07. Organize and arrange CFS based simulative and recreational activities (Interactive Popular Theater) IPT, Peer Group session, Day Observation, Parents Meeting and so on). 08. Assist Center Manager in different programme arrangement and execution and data collection for different reports and papers.
