AI Auditor

Job Description

You will work closely with our AI development teams to ensure that our AI models and algorithms meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct audits of AI systems to assess their accuracy, reliability, and performance.
2. Evaluate the ethical implications of AI algorithms and models, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
3. Collaborate with AI development teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for AI development and deployment.
4. Develop audit plans and methodologies for assessing AI systems, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
5. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and regulatory bodies.
6. Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technology, regulations, and industry standards to ensure audit methodologies remain current and effective.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. Master’s degree or higher preferred.
2. Proven experience in auditing AI systems, preferably in a regulated industry such as finance, healthcare, or automotive.
3. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and other AI technologies.
4. Familiarity with ethical guidelines and regulations related to AI, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or industry-specific standards.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
6. Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
8. Certification in AI auditing or related field (e.g., Certified Ethical AI Auditor) is a plus.
