Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to, social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring trends to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual and written content for digital channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, recommending innovative strategies to enhance our online presence.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) in digital marketing roles, with a focus on developing and implementing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimization strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring innovative digital marketing opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
