Job Description
As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our online sales strategies and operations. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall online shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing techniques, and consumer behavior.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and increase online presence.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business, including website management, product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the user experience on our website, including site design, navigation, and functionality.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, acquire new customers, and increase conversion rates.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, service providers, and e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to e-commerce operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies is a plus.
