Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our online sales strategies and operations. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall online shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing techniques, and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and increase online presence.
  2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business, including website management, product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  3. Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  6. Lead initiatives to enhance the user experience on our website, including site design, navigation, and functionality.
  7. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, acquire new customers, and increase conversion rates.
  8. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, service providers, and e-commerce platforms.
  9. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to e-commerce operations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
  3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  5. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  6. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  9. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies is a plus.
  10. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
