Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business initiatives, investment opportunities, and performance metrics.
  3. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights to support business planning and operational improvements.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on financial performance, identifying areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, and compliance reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable standards.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization’s financial performance.
  8. Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
