Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Identify target audience segments and create tailored marketing plans.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content for various channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and advertisements.
    • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Social Media Marketing:
    • Design and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
    • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated drip sequences.
    • Use email marketing tools to segment lists, track performance, and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content Marketing:
    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
    • Create and optimize content for search engines to drive organic traffic.
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
    • Plan and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising networks.
    • Monitor and optimize ad spend to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing reports.
    • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the internal team and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
    • Communicate campaign progress, results, and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketing automation tools.
