Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive conversions.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audience segments and create tailored marketing plans.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content for various channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and advertisements.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Design and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Email Marketing:
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated drip sequences.
- Use email marketing tools to segment lists, track performance, and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content Marketing:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Create and optimize content for search engines to drive organic traffic.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
- Plan and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising networks.
- Monitor and optimize ad spend to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing reports.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the internal team and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Communicate campaign progress, results, and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketing automation tools.
