Job Description

You will work closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality graphics for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Creation: Develop and produce creative concepts and high-quality designs for a variety of media including websites, social media, print advertisements, brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines and communicate the intended message effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure the timely delivery of design materials.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients or internal teams to understand their design requirements and feedback, and make necessary adjustments to designs.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are current and innovative.
  • Quality Control: Review and proof all design materials to ensure accuracy and quality before final production.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a digital library of design assets, templates, and brand resources.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
    • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
    • Experience with web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
    • Ability to work with digital and print media.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and professional design work.
