Job Description


  1. Content Creation and Management:
    • Develop compelling content for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, website, and print materials.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
    • Maintain content calendar and ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
  2. Digital Marketing:
    • Assist in the execution of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
    • Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  3. Campaign Coordination:
    • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop campaign assets.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to management.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
    • Analyze marketing data and metrics to gain insights and make recommendations for future campaigns.
    • Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate best practices into marketing strategies.
  5. Event Support:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of events such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
    • Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and onsite support to ensure successful events.
    • Follow up with leads generated from events and track ROI.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
  • Experience with content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
