Job Description

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials and support lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives.
  • Knowledge of Canadian marketing regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
