Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Use CRM software to manage the sales pipeline and customer database.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings, training programs, and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
