Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
    • Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Sales Process Management:
    • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
    • Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.
    • Use CRM software to manage the sales pipeline and customer database.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in team meetings, training programs, and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
    • Track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
