Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain principles, data analysis, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to drive efficiency and maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the supply chain.
  2. Develop and maintain supply chain models, forecasts, and performance metrics to support decision-making processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and operations to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and minimize stockouts.
  5. Analyze transportation routes and modes to optimize shipping efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline supply chain operations and enhance overall efficiency.
  7. Support strategic initiatives such as supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supply chain network optimization.
  8. Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate key supply chain metrics and insights to stakeholders.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact supply chain operations.
  10. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
  • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCMP) is a plus.
