Job Description

This role involves creating visual content for various platforms and ensuring that all designs align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Creation:
    • Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print media including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
    • Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.
  • Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure consistency of brand aesthetics across all visual content.
    • Adhere to company branding guidelines and style guides.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
    • Maintain an organized workflow and handle projects from concept through completion.
  • Innovation:
    • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Bring fresh ideas and approaches to the team to keep our visuals innovative and engaging.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a remote setting.
    • Proven portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
    • Familiarity with web design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar is a plus.
    • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and layout.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
