Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable interfaces for our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • User Research:
    • Conduct user research through various methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics.
    • Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform design decisions.
  • Interaction Design:
    • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
    • Design and iterate on user interfaces based on user feedback and usability testing.
  • Visual Design:
    • Develop visually appealing and consistent UI elements and patterns.
    • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and standards.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing.
    • Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
  • Usability Testing:
    • Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions.
    • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Documentation:
    • Create and maintain detailed design specifications and guidelines.
    • Document user flows, personas, and use cases.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a tech or software development environment.
    • Proven experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
    • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
