UX/UI Designer

Job Description

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and iterate on user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand user needs and business requirements.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methods, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
