Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives.
- Knowledge of Canadian marketing regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
