Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and promotional items.
  • Track the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and prepare detailed reports on ROI.

Content Creation

  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s guidelines and voice.

Event Coordination

  • Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
  • Evaluate the success of events and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Market Research

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Compile and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain a database of current and potential customers.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience in managing CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
