Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and promotional items.
- Track the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and prepare detailed reports on ROI.
Content Creation
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s guidelines and voice.
Event Coordination
- Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
- Evaluate the success of events and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Compile and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain a database of current and potential customers.
Administrative Support
- Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.
- Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
