Job Description
You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic PR plans to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Writing press releases, articles, and other materials for distribution to media outlets and other stakeholders.
- Pitching stories and securing media coverage in print, broadcast, and online media.
- Monitoring media coverage and preparing reports on PR campaigns’ performance.
- Organizing and managing press events, conferences, and interviews.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
- Responding to media inquiries and managing crisis communications when necessary.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PR and communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of media relations principles and practices.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in PR.
- Experience with media monitoring and analysis tools is a plus.
