Job Description
The Junior Designer will support the design team in creating visually compelling and effective design solutions across various media. This role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Support: Assist in the creation of design assets, including but not limited to digital graphics, print materials, presentations, and social media content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
- Concept Development: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help develop creative concepts for various projects.
- Revisions and Feedback: Implement design changes based on feedback from senior team members and clients.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance design work.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines and client specifications.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant design experience, including internships or freelance work.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic understanding of web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
