As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and building visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients’ needs.

Design and Development:
- Create visually engaging website designs, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Develop responsive website layouts using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
User Experience (UX):
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Implement UX best practices and design principles to enhance the user experience.
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective designs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and requirements.
- Participate in project planning and strategy meetings.
Maintenance and Updates:
- Perform website maintenance and updates as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Sketch.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and web analytics tools.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

UX Designer
