Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop compelling content for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, website, and print materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Maintain content calendar and ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
- Digital Marketing:
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Campaign Coordination:
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop campaign assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to gain insights and make recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate best practices into marketing strategies.
- Event Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and onsite support to ensure successful events.
- Follow up with leads generated from events and track ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Experience with content management systems and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
