Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and websites.
  • SEO/SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) by creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows, to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and inform future strategies.
  • Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads, to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools).
    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
