Senior Product Designer
Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership:
- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and user-centered design approach.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- User Research and Analysis:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Analyze user feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform design improvements and new features.
- UI/UX Design:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure consistency and coherence in visual elements and user interactions across different platforms and products.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into the design process.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Continuously seek ways to improve design processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
