Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
- Monitor competitors’ social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
