Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
  • Manage and oversee all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies accordingly.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
  • Monitor competitors’ social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
  • Passion for social media and digital marketing trends.
