UX/UI Designer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform the design process.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Develop user flows and personas to guide the design process.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all aspects of the user interface.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes quickly and effectively.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio of previous design projects demonstrating your design skills and process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience designing for accessibility and inclusion.
- Knowledge of motion design and animation principles.
