Visionary Product Designer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design process from ideation to execution, translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive and elegant design solutions.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and functionality.
3. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
4. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize design initiatives.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, technology, and user experience.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
7. Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
