Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the constraints of budget, schedule, and scope, while ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.
  • Implement best practices for project management, quality control, and safety.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Procore, or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
