Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, information systems, and technology trends to design and implement solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, including principles, standards, and guidelines to guide IT decision-making and solution development.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements, and translate them into effective architecture solutions.
- Assess current IT capabilities and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic roadmaps for future state architecture.
- Define and document enterprise architecture models, such as business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture.
- Provide guidance and oversight to project teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to prioritize initiatives and investments based on business value and strategic alignment.
- Lead architecture governance processes to ensure compliance with architectural standards and policies.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and provide guidance on architecture principles and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Strong understanding of business processes, information systems, and technology solutions across multiple domains.
- Experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture roadmaps and strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into architectural designs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF certification) preferred.
