Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, information systems, and technology trends to design and implement solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, including principles, standards, and guidelines to guide IT decision-making and solution development.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements, and translate them into effective architecture solutions.
  3. Assess current IT capabilities and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic roadmaps for future state architecture.
  4. Define and document enterprise architecture models, such as business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture.
  5. Provide guidance and oversight to project teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
  6. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  7. Partner with IT and business leaders to prioritize initiatives and investments based on business value and strategic alignment.
  8. Lead architecture governance processes to ensure compliance with architectural standards and policies.
  9. Mentor and coach junior architects and provide guidance on architecture principles and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Strong understanding of business processes, information systems, and technology solutions across multiple domains.
  • Experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture roadmaps and strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into architectural designs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF certification) preferred.
