Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support:
    • Assist in job posting creation and distribution on various platforms.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
    • Schedule interviews and assist in coordinating the interview process.
    • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
  2. Onboarding and Offboarding:
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Coordinate offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
  3. HR Administration:
    • Maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
    • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.
    • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  4. Employee Relations:
    • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  5. Training and Development:
    • Coordinate training programs and events, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
    • Assist in identifying training needs and recommending development opportunities for employees.
  6. Compliance:
    • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
    • Assist in conducting HR audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  7. HR Projects:
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support departmental goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with team members on special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and other HR-related software.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
