Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in job posting creation and distribution on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Schedule interviews and assist in coordinating the interview process.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Coordinate offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate training programs and events, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
- Assist in identifying training needs and recommending development opportunities for employees.
- Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in conducting HR audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- HR Projects:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support departmental goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (X years) as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and other HR-related software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
