- Update order status and provide tracking information to customers as necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain organized records of all orders and related documentation.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing order data as required.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve order entry processes and efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding order processing and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in order entry or data entry role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using order processing software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
