Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Utilize insights to inform product decisions and strategy.
  3. Product Roadmap: Create and maintain the product roadmap, outlining feature prioritization and release schedules. Ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  4. Requirements Definition: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements. Translate requirements into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to drive product development from concept to launch. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  6. Product Development: Lead the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet user expectations.
  7. Product Performance: Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Implement strategies to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.
  8. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, milestones, and key insights to internal and external stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.
  9. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to product development and implementation. Develop mitigation strategies to address risks and ensure project success.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product development processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of product management tools and techniques, such as Agile, JIRA, and product analytics platforms.
