Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival.
  2. Assist guests with entering and exiting their vehicles safely.
  3. Drive and park guests’ vehicles in designated parking areas, following established parking procedures.
  4. Retrieve guests’ vehicles promptly upon request, ensuring keys are securely stored and returned.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in parking areas, ensuring all vehicles are parked in an organized manner.
  6. Monitor and manage the flow of traffic in and out of parking areas to prevent congestion.
  7. Provide directions and assistance to guests as needed.
  8. Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines at all times, including operating vehicles in a responsible manner.
  9. Report any incidents, damages, or maintenance issues to management promptly.
  10. Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  3. Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
  4. Excellent customer service skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
  5. Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles safely and confidently.
  6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  7. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  9. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move heavy objects, and withstand outdoor weather conditions.
  10. Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience working as a Valet or in a related hospitality role.
  2. Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  3. Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, and points of interest.
  4. Certification in CPR and first aid.
